How To Order

1. Visit www.firststrings.com.au/apply-educators.
2. Create an account.
3. Enter your organisation details into the online form. You will receive confirmation of your account within 24 hours.
4. Login to view the full First Strings range at wholesale prices. To place your order, please proceed to either Option A, B or C.

Option A - Checkout at cart
1. Enter any relevant purchase/shipping information into the ‘delivery instructions’ text box. Please include any delivery instructions/timeframes and a purchase order number if applicable.
2. Proceed to checkout; ‘Shipping Quote Required’* will be automatically selected.
3. Continue to payment and select ‘school and education orders’. No payment is
required at this time and your stock will be reserved for 14 days.
4. We will send you a quote for review, including shipping costs.
5. Once we receive your order confirmation/Purchase Order Number if applicable, we will prepare and ship your order, together with an invoice for payment

Option B - Save cart as a pdf
1. Save your cart as a pdf and email it to orders@firststrings.com.au
2. We will send you a quote for review, including shipping costs.
3. Once we receive your order confirmation/Purchase Order Number if applicable^, we will prepare and ship your order, together
with an invoice for payment

Option C - Contact us directly
1. Email or speak to our friendly staff via phone and we will send you a quote
including shipping costs. All orders require that we confirm your organisation status if applicable.
2. Once we receive your order confirmation/Purchase Order Number if applicable^, we will prepare and ship your order, together with an invoice for payment.

*Custom shipping quotes apply to orders over 2.25 kg (cubic weight).

^Please note that stock will not be reserved through Option B or C until confirmation/Purchase Order is received.
